Fortis s'attend à recevoir l'approbation réglementaire de la Commission européenne avant la fin de la période de l'offre

Afin d'obtenir l'approbation des autorités de la concurrence de la Commission européenne pour l'acquisition d'ABN AMRO, Fortis a présenté hier un certain nombre de solutions concernant le marché des petites et moyennes entreprises aux Pays-Bas.

 

Fortis s'attend à recevoir l'approbation de l'UE le 3 octobre au plus tard. A ce stade, aucun détail sur les solutions proposées ne sera communiqué.
