Aerocrine appoints Vice President Global Sales

SOLNA - 17 September, 2007 - Aerocrine appoints new senior sales position
whereby Anna Malm Bernsten joins Aerocrine's management team from mid September
with the responsibility for global sales.

Anna Malm Bernsten has more than 20 years management experience within
international marketing and sales, with broad experience from diagnostics,
medical technology and pharmaceuticals. Anna currently serves as board member of
Artimplant, Medivir and Fagerhult.

Anna was previously CEO of Carmeda and managed a comprehensive restructuring of
the company as well as a successful company sale to the Gore group in the United
States. In the beginning of the 2000s, Anna was a member of the group management
team at ASSA ABLOY AB in charge of building a common corporate identity for more
than 100 merged companies. One of the tools was the Volvo Ocean Race. In 2002,
Anna was appointed Project Leader of the Year by Svenska Projektakademien. Most
recently, she ran her own management and business development company.
