Anoto Group AB Awarded 5,000 Digital Pen Technology Order from Adapx

Stockholm, September 20, 2007 - Anoto Group AB, the inventor of the Anoto
Digital Pen and Paper technology, announced its partner, Seattle based Adapx,
has placed a significant order of 5,000 units of Anoto digital pens The order
has been placed with Anoto pen manufacturing partner, Maxell. Licenses and
subsequent revenues of approximately 320 000 Euro to Anoto will be dispersed and
collected over the next 12 months.

- “We are very happy to announce this significant Anoto pen order in the U.S. to
date. We are seeing new innovative solutions in the Forms Solution sector with
wins in military and commercial organizations as well as strategic partnerships
with industry leaders that are opening up new markets, such as government,
healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical to name a few”, said Anders Norling, CEO
of Anoto Group AB.

Adapx incorporates Anoto digital pen and paper technology within its Capturx™
system for field data collection.

- “Building on our existing successes using Anoto digital pen and paper
technology, this surge in orders comes as a result of Adapx' recent introduction
of Capturx integrations, making field data immediately available within our
customers' local applications. Specifically, Capturx for ESRI® ArcGIS 9.2
mapping software was launched in June at ESRI's user conference with some 16,000
attendees. Both the interest level and number of leads generated at that event
point to significant sales over the next twelve months”, said Adapx CEO, Ken
Schneider.

Capturx built for Microsoft OneNote 2007 offers searchable notes, archiving, and
functionality to convert handwritten to typewritten text.

Anoto's solution that is integrated within the Capturx system is transforming
the way users interact with technology by innovating human-centered systems and
the accuracy, speed and reliability of information capture is improved.

Capturx has been adopted by both U.S. military and commercial organizations to
ensure reliable and comprehensive communication of business- or mission-critical
field data. Primarily used by organizations that rely on communication from
personnel in the field, Capturx digitally enables the mode of data collection,
including pen notations on maps and journals. The system allows field workers
to adapt to new tools without any training as well as to perform their tasks
without changing their working methods.
