TULSA, Okla., Sept. 21, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- American Resource Management, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ARRM), announces that it has changed its name to EffTec International, Inc. The name change was effected to complement the business of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Efficiency Technologies, Inc.
The name change is effective September 21, 2007. Additionally, a corresponding symbol change will become effective September 21, 2007. The new symbol will be EFFI.
