Kevin's family, who resides in Houston, selected Memorial Hermann-TIRR for his ongoing care. For decades, Memorial Hermann-TIRR has been a leader in providing exceptional care to those who have been impacted by a disabling injury or illness. Memorial Hermann-TIRR, a regional model spinal cord injury system since 1972, has been named one of the leading rehabilitation hospitals by U.S. News and World Report for 18 consecutive years.

"When our staff heard about Kevin's injury in that game, many of them called me and asked how we could help," said CEO Carl Josehart. "That's the kind of people we have working at Memorial Hermann-TIRR. They are passionate about what they do. We are looking forward to working with Kevin."

One of 14 hospitals in the Memorial Hermann system, Memorial Hermann-TIRR is located adjacent to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center, and the new Roger Clemens Institute for Sports Medicine & Human Performance.
