Municipality Finance Plc will issue commodity-linked Instruments with ISIN:
DK0030064761. 

The Instruments are issued in Danish kroner with Issue Price of 102.50 and will
not be interest bearing. 

The Instruments will be issued on 19 October 2007 and will mature on 19 October
2009 at a minimum Redemption Amount of 100.00. 

The Redemption Amount is dependent on the development of three commodity
indices (corn, wheat and soybeans).
