PRELIMINARY INFORMATION ON SYSOPENDIGIA'S THIRD QUARTER RESULTS AND GUIDANCE
FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2007 


SYSOPENDIGIA records in its third quarter results as one-off items the costs
relating to top management changes and provisions relating to two customer
projects, both together approximately EUR one million. In addition, the company
invests significantly in the fourth quarter 2007 in new recruiting and organic
growth. 

SYSOPENDIGIA's business is in excellent shape and the operative profit in good
level. During the fourth quarter the company intends to increase its revenues
and profitability according to earlier plans. During the last quarter 2007 for
instance the telecommunications business has a need to increase its capacity
with over 50 employees. 

SYSOPENDIGIA estimates its full year 2007 revenues to be between EUR 100-105
million as indicated earlier and the profitability (EBIT-%) to be after one-off
items, provisions and investments between 9-11 per cent. The company has
earlier indicated that its revenues for year 2007 would be EUR 100-105 million
and the profitability (EBIT-%) to be between 10-12%. The EBIT level of the
company without the one-off items and provisions is in accordance with the
earlier guidance. 

During the third quarter 2007 SYSOPENDIGIA estimates its revenues to be
approximately EUR 22 million and the profitability (EBIT) to be after the above
mentioned one-off items approximately EUR 1.5 million.
