Morten Iversen has announced that he wishes to withdraw from the Board of
Directors of Højgaard Holding a/s and MT Højgaard a/s for health reasons. 

An extraordinary general meeting will be convened on Wednesday, October 10, 2007
at 2 p.m. at Højgaard Holding a/s for election of a new member of the Board of
Directors.
