Reference is made to the stock exchange disclosure dated September 24, regarding the decision to establish a separate entity for the Company's well services activities and the subsequent private placement of shares.
As of today, the new company Seawell Ltd. is registered in the Norwegian OTC system. Seadrill has an 80 percent ownership share in Seawell Ltd.
