JetBlue Airways Reports September Traffic


NEW YORK, Oct. 4, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq:JBLU) reported today that its traffic in September increased 11.8 percent from September 2006, on a capacity increase of 13.7 percent.

Load factor for September 2007 was 71.4 percent, a decrease of 1.2 points from September 2006. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.2 percent and its on-time(1) performance was 85.8 percent. JetBlue's preliminary passenger revenue per available seat mile for the month of September increased two percent year over year.
