Concerning judgment of the Court

AB Lietuvos elektrine received a judgment of Vilnius Regional Administrative
Court dated 26/09/2007 requiring Lithuanian Securities Comission in accordance
with an application of Vidmantas Martikonis to settle the price of 7.39 LTL per
one Lietuvos elektrine AB ordinary registered share of the nominal value of 1
LTL . 
This Court's judgment becomes prescribed 14 days from the day following that of
the ruling.
