SPRON hf. has today sold 20.5% of its shares in Icebank hf. After the sale SPRON hf. owns 4% of the outstanding shares in Icebank. The sale is, among other things, subject to the approval of the Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority. The sale will positively effect SPRON´s hf. equity.
