Sale of property in Vilnius, Lithuania, finally realised

The sale of the property has a positive effect in 2007 on Royal Unibrew's
consolidated EBIT and profit before tax of some DKK 100 million. 
  
As announced in Company Announcement RU36/2007 of 26 September 2007, in
September 2007 AB Kal-napilio Tauro Grupé (a subsidiary of Royal Unibrew A/S)
and UAB Verdispar Baltics concluded an agreement on sale of AB Kalnapilio Tauro
Grupé's property in Vilnius. 
  
The property transaction has now been finally realised and will in Q4 affect
the Group's EBIT and profit before tax by some DKK 100 million.
