AS Eesti Ehitus and Liivalaia Arenduse OÜ, a subsidiary of AS Eurox, signed an agreement for AS Eesti Ehitus to build new office building situated at Liivalaia 45/47, Tallinn. The price of the contract is EEK 363 million (EUR 23 million), excluding VAT. The construction works are to be performed during the period from July 2007 to August 2009.
