Municipality Finance Plc issues commodity-linked Instruments

The subscription period for the Municipality Finance Plc issue of
commodity-linked Instruments (ISIN: DK0030064761) was finalised on the 12
October 2007. 

As Arranger, Nordea Bank Danmark A/S hereby announces on behalf of Municipality
Finance PLC that a total of DKK 420,700,000 will be issued in the above ISIN on
19 October 2007. 

In accordance with the Final Terms the Bonus Coupon was fixed on the 16 October
by Nordea Bank Danmark A/S at 35.51 per cent.
