TGS-NOPEC has willingly complied in all respects with the joint review and sees no factual or legal basis for the merger not to be brought to a successful conclusion. Accordingly, TGS-NOPEC is prepared to vigorously defend the approved merger plan between TGS-NOPEC and Wavefield Inseis.
