Election of Member of AB Mazeikiu Nafta Board of Directors

AB Mazeikiu Nafta („the Company“) announces that on October 22, 2007, AB
Mazeikiu Nafta Supervisory Council elected Mr. Robert Bednarski, Executive
Director of Organiztion and Integration of the Company‘s main shareholder, PKN
ORLEN S.A.,  as a member of AB Mazeikiu Nafta Board of Directors for the period
of the acting Board of Directors.
