Trading on a ”When-issued basis”
The trading in Bisnode Business Information Group AB shares will commence before all conditions of the offering are fulfilled. The trading will therefore be conditioned of certain events not occurring which may otherwise lead to the termination of the offer (see page 17 in the swedish prospectus). The trading will be conditioned between October 30th – November 2nd, 2007. If the offer will not be completed, shares will not be delivered and payments will be returned.
