Clarification of Company Announcement of today

Since the stock exchange notification issued by DLR Kredit earlier today may
lead to some uncertainty in regard to the use of the pre-issue of mortgage
credit bonds that DLR Kredit plans to make before the end of 2007, we wish to
clarify that the issue in question will correspond only to the volume of
un-used loan offers at the end of 2007.
