The Company was informed on 29 October 2007 that as a result of the purchase of 1,150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each on Friday 26th October, Sirius Resources Fund 1 Ltd now owns a total interest of 11,300,000 shares representing 10.37% of the Company's issued share capital through its custodian Credit Suisse (Gibraltar) Ltd.
 
Commenting on the purchase, Brian Moritz, Goldplat's chairman, said "We are delighted that Sirius, an important and growing resource fund, is recognising the progress we have made since its flotation last year and the potential of our business model".
