Information on the resignation of the Management board member

Gintaras Cizikas, the Deputy of the Chairman of Lithuanian Labour Federation and
the Chairman of this Federation Kaunas Region Department on 29 October, 2007,   
presented the request to the JSC ”Kauno energija” ”On the resignation from the  
members of Management board”.                                                   
According to the request presentation date the end of the term of office of     
Gintaras Cizikas as JSC ”Kauno energija” member of the Management board is 12   
November, 2007.
