Explanation to the article in Äripäev on 30 October 2007

As an explanation of the article “Luik's shareholding smaller by a quarter”
published in Äripäev on 30 October 2007, we hereby give notice that the
shareholding of Hans Luik in AS Ekspress Grupp has not changed. 
On 26 October 2007, Hans Luik transferred 3 000 000 shares of AS Ekspress Grupp
(about 16% of the share capital) from his personal securities account to the
LFS Asset Management AG securities account, which is a nominee account in the
meaning of the Securities Market Act. The shares in the nominee account are
still in the 
ownership of Hans Luik and all the rights of shareholder belong to Hans Luik.
