Kommentaar Äripäeva artiklile 30.10.2007

Selgituseks Äripäeva artiklile 30.10.2007 "Luigel veerandi võrra vähem
osalust" teatame, et Hans Luige osalus ei ole AS-s Ekspress Grupp muutunud. 
Hans Luik kandis 26.10.2007  üle 3 000 000 AS Ekspress Grupp aktsiat (ca 16 %
aktsiakapitalist) üle isiklikult väärtpbaerikontolt LFS Asset Management AG
väärtpaberikontole, mis on esindajakonto väärtpaberituru seaduse mõttes.
Esindajakontol olevad aktsiad on endiselt Hans Luige omandis ning kõik
aktsionäri õigused kuuluvad Hans Luigele.
