CashGuard AB: Chief Financial Officer Lars Ingman to leave CashGuard

CashGuard's current Chief Financial Officer, Lars Ingman, will leave
the company during spring 2008 to take up a position outside the
Group.

Lars Ingman has been employed by CashGuard since September 2007."It is regrettable that Lars has decided to leave the company.
CashGuard is currently pursuing a new direction, in which it is
rapidly heading for a divestment or separate listing of SQS. The
legal demerger of the companies has been implemented and we will now
appoint a new president of SQS.  Åsa Andersson has been employed as
head of accounting at SQS and will assume her new position in
February 2008. Åsa will join SQS from Zone Systems AB in Skellefteå,
where she has also been head of accounting."We will immediately initiate a recruitment process to find a new
Chief Financial Officer of CashGuard," says Agne Pettersson, Managing
Director and Chief Executive Officer of CashGuard.
