She's Cashing Out and Coming Back -- Author Margo Feeley Writes About Her Adventurous Move From Her Berkeley Condo to a House in a Small Town in Oregon

BERKELEY, Calif., Nov. 27, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Decisions sometimes affect a person in a drastic way. The consequences may be positive and beneficial, but there are times one learns a lesson the hard way. Author Margo Peller Feeley shares a personal narrative about her "cashing out" her Berkeley inner city condominium in the San Francisco Bay Area during the real estate boom to follow her dream of living in a historical house in Albany, Oregon. Was her impulsive choice a good one? Find out if she regretted or valued that decision in Cashing Out and Coming Back.

Follow the author's humorous memoir as she pursues a dream -- without really knowing what she's getting into. Journey with her from her Berkeley condo to her Oregon house, and see how she managed her transition from city life to country life. She tells her story in a light and friendly tone, which makes this memoir an appealing and endearing narrative. This change in lifestyle may be contemplated by many urban dwellers who yearn for a more affordable, pastoral, and idyllic life elsewhere -- particularly by many women who want to make a big life change without necessarily involving a lover or a red Jag.

It speaks of appearance, reality, and fantasies that people talk and walk themselves into. Witness the big picture unfold -- beyond the author's moving and regretting it -- which shows the dying economy and culture of small town America. Feeley discovers rampant unemployment in the town, meth addiction and the "Dewy Bikers," those who cycle because they have lost their driving licenses due to substance abuse. She also gives insightful opinions on various states of home and homelessness and presents more human-interest stories. Join author Margo Peller Feeley in her Cashing Out and Coming Back.
