New Articles of Association in DnB NOR Bank ASA

At the General Meeting on 31 October 2007, DnB NOR Bank ASA approved an
increase in share capital, in line with the Board of Directors' decision on 31
October 2007. After the capital increase, the share capital of DnB NOR Bank ASA
totals NOK 17,514,311,000. 
 
Enclosed are updated Articles of Association approved by Kredittilsynet (the
Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) on 28 November 2007, received by DnB
NOR Bank ASA today, 30 November 2007.
