During the meeting of Parex banka Council, held last week, changes to the Management Board were discussed. Ms. Liga Purina, Senior Vice President, responsible for Risk management issues, was duly elected to the Board of Parex banka. Liga Purina has worked at Parex banka almost continuously since 1994. Initially, she headed the Internal audit department, and then returned to the Bank in a role of Vice President, responsible for lending. Since January 2007 Ms. Purina is Senior Vice President, responsible for Risk Management issues, and runs the recently established Risk Management Sector within the Bank. As a result, the Management Board of Parex banka has the following members: Valery Kargin (Chairman of the Board), Viktor Krasovitsky, Aleksandrs Kvasovs, Arnis Lagzdins, Vladislavs Skrebelis, Janis Skrastins and Liga Purina.
