claims among Total Telecom Cost Management (TTCM) suppliers is finally
available, clearing the way for organizations to focus on saving time and

Management," revealed that Best-in-Class organizations report obtaining, on
average, a 46% Return on Investment (ROI) for their TTCM solution and in
addition, productivity gains exceeding 40% for telecom expense management
activities.
The study found the top pressures impacting organizations with telecom
expenses is profitability and complexity due to an increasingly mobile and
remote workforce. The top strategic action of Best-in-Class organizations
(83%) is to increase visibility and control over telecom expenses.
"Enterprises have been barraged with cost savings claims from TTCM
suppliers, but there hasn't been research to explore these claims,"

that there are real benefits to pursuing a TTCM strategy."
