On December 13, 2007 , Eclectica Asset Management LLP, London, Great
Britain has informed us, according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Rücker AG, Kreuzberger Ring 40,
Wiesbaden, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0007041105, WKN: 704110, had fallen below
the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on October 10, 2007  and now amount to
2.70%. This corresponds to 225972 Voting Rights.
2,70% of the Voting Rights (225972 Voting Rights) are attributable to
