Peab to build at Arlanda Airport

Peab has been contracted to build a new cargo terminal at Arlanda Airport north
of Stockholm. The client is Nordic Airport Properties and it will be rented by
SAS Spirit Cargo and the contract amounts to SEK 141 million.

It is a turn-key contract which will be started in February 2008 and work is
estimated to be ready in September 2010.
