Tilgin receives IPTV order from Swedish Urban Networks

Stockholm, 27 December, 2007: Tilgin, a leading provider of customer premises
equipment (CPE) for triple play, next-generation broadband and IMS-based
services, announced today a first commercial order from three Swedish Urban
Networks of an IPTV solution for the Swedish open TV networks environment and
open base box environment.

Tilgin announced in May 2007 the approval to connect to the open networks of
SABO, the Tenants' Association, the Swedish Federation of Property Owners, and
the Swedish Urban Network Association. The integration now receives its first
commercial order of 1600 units for implementation during the first half of 2008
in the regional networks of Varberg Energi, Skånet and Lanet (Landskrona).

Tilgin will deliver its advanced IPTV solution consisting of the IPTV set-top
box products Tilgin Mood 300 and Tilgin Mood 400 to the regional networks. The
order is thereby the Tilgin Mood 400 IPTV solution's second commercial order,
including HDTV, integrated and feature rich Personal Video Recorder (PVR),
MPEG-4 AVC support for reduced bandwidth advantages, as well as DVB-Terrestrial
support.

When the Swedish Urban Network Association and others are implementing open TV
networks in different cities around Sweden, it is an open network and an open
model for delivering services to households independent of operator that is
used. Examples of what are available other than TV services are video-on-demand,
gaming services, and other municipal or local services.

“This order from the regional networks shows the flexibility offered by Tilgin's
products now that we support both the Swedish open base box environment and the
operators' own environments. This state-of-the-art technology will enable the
Swedish networks to offer an unparalleled IPTV viewing and entertainment
experience for its service,” says Tilgin's CEO Ola Berglund.

“Tilgin's software and hardware will now be used within the open TV-network at
home independent of the end consumer's choice of operator. We look forward to
together with the Swedish Urban Network Association be able to further build on
this cooperation and be able to welcome more regional networks in 2008 to chose
Tilgin IPTV solutions under a general agreement”, continues Ola Berglund.

The Swedish Urban Network Association holds approximately 600,000 households,
connected to different regional networks. Currently about 20 different city
networks over 4 clusters in Sweden (Norrsken, 3S, Västalliansen, and Skånet) are
ready to apply this environment.
