Banimmo is going to build the new Mobistar head office

Brussels, 3 January 2008 - Banimmo and Mobistar have concluded an agreement under the terms of which Banimmo is tasked with building the future head office of the telecommunications operator in Evere.

The building, which will be located at the "Da Vinci" park, rue du Bourget in Evere (Brussels), will house the major part of the telecom operator's activities currently spread over the sites in Schaerbeek (Boulevard Reyers) and Evere (rue Colonel Bourg).

The project, whose design was entrusted to the Assar architecture bureau, covers an office area of 29,500 m² divided into 6 levels above ground. The 3 underground levels will allow to accommodate some 630 parking spaces.

The work, which is estimated to take 22 months, will enable Mobistar to occupy its new offices from the second quarter of 2009 on the basis of a long-term leasing agreement.

Benoit Scheen, Mobistar CEO, is delighted with the project: "The growth of Mobistar had led us to occupy various sites to meet the needs associated with the expansion of our activities. Consolidation on a single site is far more practical and economical. The project proposed by Banimmo offers many advantages in terms of accessibility and technical services. In addition, it meets the highest standards currently in force as regards energy and care for the environment."

According to Didrik van Caloen, Banimmo CEO: "This contract with Mobistar constitutes one of the most important leasing transactions of 2007. We concluded it just after acquiring the site from Unilever in Forest (Brussels) together with Montea and after the sale of the "CAP2" building in Luxembourg, while our takeover bid on the "North Plaza" property certificates is still in process. We will have an excellent close to the year. Our results should exceed the objectives announced during our IPO last June."
