RE : Take up of Warrant Offer
 
 
Kenmare is pleased to announce that warrants to subscribe for 45,340,929 Ordinary Shares of €0.06c in the share capital of the Company have been exercised pursuant to a special resolution approved by warrantholders on 23 November 2007. This represents an uptake of 60.8% of the warrants eligible for exercise at an exercise price of Stg17p. The proceeds raised amounts to approximately Stg£ 7.7 million.
 
Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to, respectively, the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the new shares to be admitted to trading. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.
