addition of a new managing director to lead its San Francisco and Seattle

Nancy Krattli brings 13 years of experience in direct marketing and product
management to the position; her expertise includes every aspect of product
management, product marketing and direct marketing. She has held executive
management and marketing positions with leading financial-services firms,
including Visa and Washington Mutual, and has been recognized for
increasing customer acquisition, retention and product usage and improving
ROI. A seasoned team builder and leader, Nancy directs the account team's
operations in Seattle and San Francisco while continuing to build Rauxa's
presence throughout the region.
