Mi-Corporation Appoints K. Michael Munsch Chief Operating Officer

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC--(Marketwire - February 6, 2008) - Mi-Co, the mobile data capture
software company, announced today that K. Michael (Mike) Munsch has joined
the company as chief operating officer. He will undertake the repositioning
of marketing and sales activities to support a direct sales model, in
addition to fostering the Mi-Co partner network and building services.
Previously, Munsch was COO of Durham-based MercuryMD, a healthcare mobile
computing solutions company acquired by Thomson Healthcare. Munsch was
instrumental in the growth of the company and in engineering the
acquisition. He has also been COO of ViOS, a software company that created
3D navigational tools for the Internet.
Prior, Munsch founded and was president and CEO of Foveon Corp, an
independent aggregator and clearinghouse of Internet transaction data, and
was president and CEO of ATCOM Business Telephone Systems.

Munsch served for eight years as an aviator in the U.S. Army Signal
Corps. He is a past President of the Council for Entrepreneurial
Development (CED) and past Chairman of TriState Investment Group (TIG),
both in Research Triangle Park, N.C. He holds a bachelor's degree in
business management from Jacksonville University and an MBA from Boston
University.
