Symbio Group Appoints Stephen Hsu as CFO


ROCKVILLE, MD and BEIJING--(Marketwire - February 7, 2008) - The Symbio Group ("Symbio") (www.symbio-group.com), a leading provider of outsourced software development, testing, globalization, and support services out of China, announced today that Stephen Hsu has been appointed the company's Chief Financial Officer. Hsu brings more than 15 years of experience in financial management for technology companies to Symbio Group.

Prior to Symbio, Mr. Hsu worked for Symphony Services Corp, a global provider of product engineering outsourcing services. During his tenure, he resided in Bangalore, India and served as the CFO for its India-based delivery centers, with more than 3,000 people. Later, he served as Corporate Controller for its headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.

Before Symphony Services, Mr. Hsu served was the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller for Selectica, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise contract lifecycle management and sales configuration solutions. Hsu was part of the team that led Selectica to its Initial Public Offering and raised over $190M in March 2000.

Prior to joining Selectica, he also held management positions at Inuit, in the areas of both accounting and finance.

Mr. Hsu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Santa Clara University and is a CPA in California.
