Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On February 13, 2008 , UBS AG Zürich, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Masterflex AG, Gelsenkirchen, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005492938, WKN: 549
293, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on February 07,
2008  and now amount to 6.65% (this corresponds to 299420 Voting Rights).
