Effective today, Aspiro has acquired 75% of the shares of Norwegian company My
Mobile World AS (MMW), which provides mobile marketing and interactive solutions
for domestic and foreign clients. The acquisition strengthens Aspiro's mobile
marketing business segment.

Aspiro has acquired 75% of MMW's stock and 75% of a receivable; the purchase
price is NOK 1.5 m cash. Aspiro has an option on the remaining 25% of the stock

think has good prospects of success in mobile marketing,” responded Kåre Uthaug,
