CDMA2000 Making 3G Services Available in the Middle East and Africa

African CDMA Forum, CDMA Development Group and International 450 Association to Host 2008 3G CDMA Middle East and Africa Regional Conference in Cape Town, 'Path to Profit: Implementing Winning CDMA Services in the Middle East and Africa'

 WHAT:     The African CDMA Forum (ACF), CDMA Development Group (CDG)
           (www.cdg.org), International 450 Association (IA 450),
           Neotel and Starcomms Nigeria will participate in the annual
           3G CDMA Middle East and Africa Regional Conference in Cape
           Town, South Africa, March 12-14, 2008.

           During the conference, executives will examine the progress
           of 3G CDMA2000(r) worldwide and in the region, new global
           roaming initiatives, EV-DO Rev. A carrier success stories,
           opportunities for CDMA450, next-generation mobile broadband
           technologies, ultra low-cost handsets and open access
           initiatives.

           The CDMA University will provide two half-day mobile
           broadband training courses for engineers and business
           professionals on Friday, March 14.

           services, public relations, education and seminars,
