LAS VEGAS, Feb. 21, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- EnerBrite Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ETGU) is pleased to announce that Mr. Christopher Hudson has signed a five year contract as President of the Company's Canadian division, E.S.S.X. Canada. Mr. Hudson has served in this position for the last two years and will continue to direct the sales and marketing of EnerBrite's energy management system to contractors and developers of multi-unit residential properties. Mr. Hudson spent time with the British Merchant Marines as well as managing sales for Wynn Oil Company and Polymer Insulation Ltd. before immigrating to Canada.
Mr. Hudson worked with Marshall Fenn Canada, then one of Canada's largest public relations firms. He managed the company's consumer incentive division, developing a program which was expanded into the U.S. and licensed internationally. He went on to found Carlton Marketing, a major promotions agency, where he worked closely with brand managers in both Canada and the U.S. to drive sales and brand awareness through innovative sales promotion, loyalty and advertising programs. His client list included such household names as Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, Black & Decker, Bic, Lever, Ford, Home Hardware, Kraft, Warner Lambert, Burger King and Castrol.
E.S.S.X. Canada specializes in developing energy management systems which not only control demand but also generate occupancy profiles of residential and commercial buildings. The systems enable owners to make better decisions for new construction and when retrofitting existing plant facilities. This business model is an ideal complement to EnerBrite's strategy of decreasing energy consumption, promoting energy conservation and positively impacting its customers' bottom lines.
"We are very pleased that Mr. Hudson is continuing as President of E.S.S.X. Canada, Inc. We look forward to positive direction and growth for E.S.S.X. as we continue to add value in the marketplace and to the company as a whole," stated Edward Herbert, President and Co-CEO of EnerBrite Technologies Group, Inc.
