VINX Index Information (Benchmark): Special Share Dividend FRO (08/08)

Due to the special share dividend in Frontline (FRO: BMG3682E1277), the VINX Benchmark indices will be adjusted according to “Rules for the Construction and Maintainance of the VINX All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.1 Discretionary adjustments. 
The company announced on 20.02.2008 that the Board declared the distribution of a special dividend of 20% of the capital stock of the Company`s Bermuda subsidiary, Independent Tankers Corporation Limited (`ITC`), to Frontline`s shareholders.
