HOUSTON, Feb. 25, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Franklin Bank Corp. (Nasdaq:FBTX) (AMEX:FBK-P) announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend on their Series A Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock of $0.46875 per share on February 22, 2008.

The dividend is payable on March 17, 2008 to shareholders of record on March 3, 2008.
