ProVen VCT plc announces that on 29 February 2008 the Company purchased the following:
49,720 Ordinary shares of 5p each for cancellation, representing 0.21% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 94.0p per share; and
2,677 'C' shares of 25p each for cancellation, representing 0.02% of the issue C share capital, at a price of 81.5p per share.
