Consolidated unaudited results for the year ended 31 December 2007

Consolidated net profit of Agrowill Group AB for the year ended 
31 December 2007 according to the International Financial Reporting
Standards (IFRS) amounted to LTL 31.9 million (EUR 9.2 million). The
revenues in 2007  totalled LTL 69 million (EUR 20 million). 

Without taking into account the effect of the revaluated Investment
property, the net profit for the year ammounted to LTL 9.8 million
(EUR 2.8 million). The revenues from the agricultural activities
over the same period totalled LTL 43 million (EUR 12.5 million).

Over the year ended 31 December 2006, the consolidated net result of 
the Group amounted to LTL 3.5 million (EUR 1 million), while revenues 
from agricultural activities over the same period totalled 
LTL 27.4 million (EUR 7.9 million).
