Munich, February 29, 2008 The Supervisory Board of IM Internationalmedia
AG has appointed Mr. Sascha R. Prestel as a member of the companys
Management Board effective March 1, 2008. He will be responsible for the
areas of finance, investor relations, corporate communication and
administration. The company had been led by the sole member of the
Management Board, Mr. Konstantin Thoeren. With the appointment of Sascha R.
Prestel the company will return to dual leadership of its Management Board.
Additionally to his mandate at IM Internationalmedia AG, Sascha R. Prestel
serves as a member of the Management Board of Human Energy Consulting AG.
Prior to this function he has been the initiate shareholder and member of
the Management Board of KITON Financial Engineering AG as well as managing
partner of KITON Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
