ALK-Abelló A/S announces annual report for 2007

The Board of Directors of ALK-Abelló A/S has today approved the annual report
for the period January 1 - December 31, 2007. The report follows in full after
this page. Please refer to page 2 in the annual report for highlights of the
period. 

ALK-Abelló has invited investors and analysts to a meeting with Management
