In that connection, the Company has forwarded a draft prospectus to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority and OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen. Even though the Board of Directors does not know for certain that the prospectus will be approved or the timing hereof, the Board of Directors believes that the prospectus should be ready for approval by the authorities within a reasonable time. As a consequence hereof the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the Annual general meeting until 21 April, 2008.
