OEG changes management of two subsidiaries and sets up a new subsidiary

Armin Karu, current Chairman of the Management Board of Olympic Casino Eesti AS
and Kungla Investeeringu AS that are subsidiaries of Olympic Entertainment
Group, will leave the management of the two subsidiaries and will chair the
supervisory boards of both companies. 

Andri Avila and Tarmo Kase will continue as members of the Management Board of
Olympic Casino Eesti AS. Andri Avila is the only member of the Management Board
of Kungla Investeeringu AS. 

Olympic Entertainment Group has set up a subsidiary in Slovakia. The
incorporated company shall be named OLYMPIC F&B S.R.O. and its area of activity
will be provision of bar services for Olympic Entertainment Slovakia S.R.O and
for its customers.
