Gert Tiivas resigns from the Board

TEO LT, AB (hereinafter TEO or “the Company”) received a resignation letter of
its Board member Gert Tiivas. He is resigning from the Board on 28 April 2008. 

Gert Tiivas (born in 1973) is a Managing director of East Capital Explorer
(Sweden). Member of the Board of TEO LT, AB since 24 April 2006, re-elected for
the two-year term on 26 April 2007, nominated by East Capital through Amber
Teleholding A/S. Member of the Audit Committee of the Board of TEO LT, AB.
