Fixed Income: Instruments of Bear Stearns Global Asset Holding, Ltd. to the observation segment (34/08)

On Sunday, March 16th, 2008, Bear Stearns Inc. published information regarding the proposed transaction that JPMorgan Chase & Co. will acquire the Bear Stearns Companies Inc. According to the current rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm financial instruments will be placed on the observation segment if material uncertainty exists regarding the issuer. 
	
With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm has decided that the eight index linked bonds issued by Bear Stearns Global Asset Holding, Ltd. (ISIN code SE0002015867, SE0002046714, SE0002085589, SE0001994427, SE0002053215, SE0002003129, SE0001994419 and SE0002053207 will be placed on the observation segment.

The shares will be transferred with effect from Wednesday, March 19th, 2008.
